Since its industrial production, it has realized the production and application of hundreds of types and more than 30, 000 tons of castings, and has more than 200 customers, including military, aerospace, automotive, engineering machinery, compressors, robots, motors, transmissions, machine tools, hydraulic parts, mold and many other fields.
The company established the 3D Printing Division to focus on promoting the industrialization of casting 3D printing and industrial transformation and upgrading. The main businesses include:
* Casting 3D printing equipment: Sales, R&D, manufacturing, after sales services, etc.;
* Casting process design: Provide various casting process design services with adopting forward design, reverse modeling, topology optimization and other technologies;
* Rapid manufacturing solutions: Provide the industry with 3D printed sand molds and various types of material castings (and processing) rapid manufacturing services;
* Casting 3D printed molds: Based on 3DP and FDM technologies, combined with various other 3D printing technologies, to achieve rapid delivery of casting molds;
* Other 3D printing products and services: R & D, incubation and promotion of 3D printing product applications in industrial, cultural and creative, construction and other fields.
KOCEL has ore than 200 customers, involve in military, aerospace, automotive, engineering machinery, compressors, robots, motors, transmission, machine tools, hydraulics, molds and many other fields.
KOCEL establishes "standard + demonstration" green intelligent transformation model, and builds several digital and intelligent demonstration factories. At present, 4 factories have been built, and 1 factory is under construction.
